Are the devices you sell unlocked and fully functional?

Yes, all the devices we sell are unlocked unless specified otherwise. This means you can use them with any compatible carrier or SIM card. Every device also undergoes rigorous testing to ensure optimal functionality. Read our Grading and Testing criteria to learn more.

Do you provide a warranty for your devices?

Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty for all our devices. This warranty covers any potential hardware defects or malfunctions. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for our devices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the device within this timeframe for a refund or exchange. Please review our Return Policy for more information on the return process and eligibility.

Do your devices come with accessories?

Our devices typically come with a charging cable unless stated otherwise. Please check the product description or contact us for specific details regarding accessories included with a particular device.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the device you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Proceed to the checkout process, where you will provide your shipping and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details and shipping information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additionally, we offer alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The available payment options will be displayed during the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within New Zealand and to Australia. We do not ship elsewhere internationally at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time within New Zealand is typically 1-3 days. For Australia, is typically 1-4 days.However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors beyond our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.

Can I sell my device to CellMyPhone?
